      Both actually.
There is always a team when working on projects. There will be people from the same organisation contributing to technical/project management/Finance/Pricing/admin aspects and also people from other organisations – industry/ universities – making similar contributions. So in projects that i work on, I have internal meetings with, for example, technical consultants and project managers and regular catch-up meetings with other partners in our project consortium where we discuss the progress of work, raise questions and draw up an action list of tasks that need to be addressed. Some of such tasks could be for example, doing a literature review and/or drafting a report, which usually goes through the cycle of ‘me doing a draft- internal review by others- redrafting- more reviews – redrafting (if needed) – shared with other partners/ ‘okay’ed for external submission’.
